A valid, current prescription from a licensed prescriber is required for every medication. Submitting a form is a request only — it is not an order, and it does not guarantee that a medication will be dispensed. Our pharmacist may decline to fill any prescription as permitted by law and professional judgment.

• Advertised pricing of $35 for a 6-month supply and $65 for a 1-year supply is per eligible medication, not a bundled price for all of your medications.
• Pricing applies only to medications on our eligible generic list, at the strengths and quantities we list, and only when the prescription supports that supply length.
• Prices, eligibility, quantities, and availability can change without notice, and are subject to manufacturer supply and applicable law.
• Free pickup at the pharmacy is available. Shipping, when offered, may carry a flat fee.
• Payment is due at the time the prescription is dispensed. Dispensed medications cannot be returned.

This is a cash-pay program. It is not insurance, not a discount health plan sponsored by a government agency, and not a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. Prescriptions filled at the program price are not billed to and cannot be combined with Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicaid/AHCCCS, TRICARE, VA, or any other federal or state health care program, and amounts you pay do not count toward any insurance deductible, copay, or Medicare Part D true out-of-pocket (TrOOP) costs. Patients with government coverage may choose to use their benefit instead; our pharmacist can help you compare.
