Last updated: August 11, 2026

Who we are

Rightway Pharmacy is a licensed independent pharmacy located at 14806 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351 (phone (623) 266-0021, fax (623) 266-0068, NCPDP 0359136, NPI 1629484258). This policy explains how we handle information submitted through rightwayrxsavings.com.

Information we collect from this website

  • Contact details you enter on our forms: name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code.
  • Prescription-related details you choose to share: medication name, strength, quantity or supply length, prescriber name, current pharmacy, what you pay today, and any notes.
  • Non-identifying website data: the page or campaign you arrived from and basic interaction events (for example, that a price check was submitted). We do not attach your name or medication details to this data.

Please do not send diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance ID numbers, or payment card numbers through website forms. Call us instead.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your price check, transfer request, or question.
  • To confirm whether your medication is eligible for our cash program pricing.
  • To contact your prescriber or prior pharmacy when you ask us to transfer a prescription.
  • To fill and dispense prescriptions and keep the pharmacy records required by law.
  • To improve our website and understand which pages help patients most, in aggregate.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share only what is necessary with:

  • Your prescriber or your prior pharmacy, when needed to process your request.
  • Wholesalers, dispensing systems, and other service providers who support pharmacy operations.
  • Government agencies or regulators when required by law, including the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.

Because this is a cash program, we do not bill your information to Medicare, Medicaid/AHCCCS, TRICARE, VA, or any commercial insurer unless you separately ask us to use your insurance.

HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (summary)

Rightway Pharmacy is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are required by law to protect the privacy of your protected health information (PHI), to give you notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the notice currently in effect.

We may use and disclose your PHI for treatment, payment, and health care operations without your written authorization, and for other purposes permitted or required by law. Other uses and disclosures — including most marketing uses and any sale of PHI — require your written authorization, which you may revoke in writing at any time.

Your rights include:

  • To inspect and get a copy of your pharmacy records.
  • To request corrections to your records.
  • To request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures.
  • To request confidential communications at an alternate address or phone number.
  • To receive an accounting of certain disclosures.
  • To be notified if a breach affects your unsecured PHI.
  • To receive a paper copy of our full Notice of Privacy Practices on request.

To exercise any of these rights, or to file a privacy complaint, contact our Privacy Officer at (623) 266-0021 or in person at the pharmacy. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint. You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.

A complete copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available at the pharmacy counter and is provided when you fill your first prescription with us.

Information submitted before you are a patient

A website form is not a secure or encrypted channel in the way a pharmacy record is. Information you send through the internet or by email can be intercepted. We protect submissions with access controls and limit them to staff who need them, but you send them at your own discretion. If you prefer, call us at (623) 266-0021 instead of using the form.

Text messages, calls, and email

When you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Rightway Pharmacy may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to remove you from non-essential contact by calling the pharmacy. We will still contact you when required for prescriptions you have filled with us.

Retention and security

Pharmacy records are retained for the period required by Arizona and federal law. Website inquiries that do not become prescriptions are kept only as long as needed to respond and to document the request. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our systems.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. Parents and guardians may submit requests on behalf of a minor patient.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. Questions? Call (623) 266-0021, fax (623) 266-0068, or write to Rightway Pharmacy, 14806 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351.
